Experience of those taking the course in Swansea

The course has made a huge difference to my life - I am calmer, happier and more positive. It is definitely something I will continue

The course was excellent I really enjoyed every session and found it incredibly useful, mindfulness has become a part of my everyday live, walking, driving, listening to music, how I engage with other people

I have loved the course it has been different to anything I have experienced before. I have learned from the course and am bringing it into my daily life. I have enjoyed the pace of the course. Sinead brings a pleasant lightness to it

Lots of new things for me which I enjoyed, nice atmosphere and friendly people

Very enjoyable. Very clearly portrayed. An inclusive approach with a friendly approachable non judgemental style. Good supporting material and access to home practice audios

The course has been very well planned and each session has been a follow on from the previous ones. It is an encouraging course - in that one can feel the benefits as it progress. The interaction between our tutor and participants has been just right. I have totally enjoyed the whole experience
